Deputy Finance Director

The Texas Finance Director will lead and execute the campaign’s Texas-based fundraising program. This role is responsible for building and managing in-state donor relationships, staffing the candidate, overseeing Texas call time and events, and coordinating closely with the Finance Director to meet ambitious fundraising goals.

Press Secretary 

The Press Secretary will coordinate and implement day-to-day press operations, staff and travel with Hinojosa for open press events and press conferences, serve as a primary contact for Texas reporters, build National relationships, and more. The communications team is looking for a strong writer and a team player who has the ability to manage competing priorities, even during travel. Qualified applicants should have an advanced understanding of how to accomplish the campaign’s communications goals through proactive earned media opportunities. This is not an entry level position.


Statewide Political Director

The Gina Hinojosa for Governor campaign is seeking a Political Director to help build, manage, and execute the campaign’s statewide political program. This role will be responsible for cultivating relationships across Texas’s political ecosystem, supporting coalition development, and ensuring strong coordination between campaign leadership, allies, and key stakeholders.


Statewide Organizing Director

The Gina Hinojosa for Governor campaign is seeking a Statewide Organizing Director to build and lead a creative, people-powered organizing program across Texas. This role will be responsible for designing and managing a scalable volunteer leadership infrastructure that mobilizes supporters, develops new leaders, and drives meaningful voter contact statewide.


Regional Organizing Director

This role is responsible for developing a robust volunteer leadership structure, executing direct voter contact programs, and representing the campaign across regional political and community spaces.


Regional Campaign Director

This role is responsible for coordinating communication with external organizations, managing cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring the campaign’s strategic priorities are executed effectively in the region.


Regional Political Director

This role focuses on building durable relationships with elected officials, local party leadership, advocacy organizations, labor unions, and key community stakeholders.
