Early Monday morning, Hinojosa started the first week of early voting by casting her ballot.

After voting, Hinojosa held a press conference announcing legal action against Greg Abbott for unlawfully withholding communications between his office and billionaire donor Elon Musk. The announcement marked the beginning of her “One Fight” GOTV tour, highlighting her commitment to fight for Texans.

“It is one fight: Is this going to be a Texas that is by and for the people, or is it just the billionaires’ world, and we just live here? This is in-your-face corruption,” said Hinojosa.

Afterward, Hinojosa headed to Kyle, where she met with volunteers to kick off their block walk and greeted poll workers and voters at Kyle City Hall.

Next, Hinojosa stopped by Texas State to meet with students, greet voters, and highlight the importance of voting to young Texans.

To end Monday, Hinojosa rallied more than 1,100 supporters in San Antonio, with stand-up comedian Cristela Alonzo and Tejano legend Little Joe y La Familia as headliners.

“We are gaining momentum. People want change in this state. We’re crisscrossing the state, and voters are energized,” said Hinojosa. “I’m just so humbled that after working for a year, talking to people, connecting with them about my plan for Texas to secure the American Dream by saving Texas schools and putting money in their pockets is resonating.”

Wrapping up her time in Central Texas, Hinojosa stopped by UTSA, drawing a huge crowd of students.
