Hinojosa Rallies Hundreds of Texans at Dallas Block Party
Dallas, TX – Gina Hinojosa drew hundreds of community members to a block party in Dallas yesterday to connect with Texas voters and outline her agenda of lowering costs, strengthening public schools, and rooting out Greg Abbott’s corruption.

“We have over 100 schools all across this state that are shutting down – fifteen in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, at least – despite the fact that we pay so much in taxes,” Hinojosa said. “When I am governor, we will do the bidding of the people of Texas and not the billionaire donors.”
Alongside local community leaders, Hinojosa heard from voters about the issues that matter most, including the rising costs of gas, groceries, healthcare, and utilities as Greg Abbott continues to prioritize private donors over Texas communities.

Recent independent polling shows the race within 5 points, with Hinojosa winning independents, moderates, Latinos, and every key demographic Abbott needs to hold. Texans are making it clear: they’re ready to fire Greg Abbott and make Gina Hinojosa the next governor of Texas.
